Plant and machinery
What is on the factory floor
Press brakes and presses
A 180 ton mechanical press brake, a 75 ton hydraulic press brake, and hydraulic and power presses from 30 to 70 tons.
Cutting, shearing and bending
Plate shearing up to 6 mm, precision sheet shearing, and plate bending rolls up to 12 mm thick and 2,500 mm wide.
Welding
Automated welding lines, CO₂ and MIG welding plants, TIG welding for stainless steel, and seam and spot welding.
Powder coating and paint
An electrostatic powder coating unit and a gas fired baking oven with its own paint booth.
Lifting and machining
A 5 ton overhead gantry crane, movable assembly cranes, a CNC lathe, milling machines and radial drills.

Karachi and Islamabad
Our Karachi factory stands on a 5,000 sq yd industrial plot in Korangi, with a second manufacturing facility at Rawat Industrial Estate, Islamabad. Production capacity is planned to each project’s requirement; on PEB we have delivered over 50,000 sq ft in a single month.
